1. Sweepstakes Overview

The NotGPT Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by NotGPT ("Sponsor", "we", "us", "our"). By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.

2. Eligibility

• • Must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry
• • Must be a legal resident of the United States, Canada, or European Union
• • Employees of NotGPT and their immediate family members are not eligible
• • Must have a valid email address
• • Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws

3. How to Enter

To enter the Sweepstakes, you must:

• • Visit the NotGPT website and complete the entry form
• • Provide a valid email address
• • Agree to these Terms & Conditions
• • Complete any additional entry requirements as specified in the sweepstakes announcement

4. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins and ends on dates specified in the individual sweepstakes announcement. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM EST on the final day of the entry period.

5. Prize Information

• • Prize details will be specified in each individual sweepstakes announcement
• • Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable
• • No cash alternative will be offered
• • Prize values are determined by Sponsor's suggested retail price
• • Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes

6. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The drawing will be conducted within 30 days after the end of the entry period by Sponsor or its designated agent.

7. Winner Notification

• • Winners will be notified via email within 7 days of selection
• • Winners must respond within 14 days of notification
• • Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of alternate winner
• • Winners may be required to sign and return affidavit of eligibility and liability release

8. Privacy Policy

By entering this Sweepstakes, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Your information will be used to administer the Sweepstakes and may be used for future marketing communications (you may opt out at any time).

9. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless NotGPT, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property that may be sustained in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.

10. General Conditions

• • Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the Sweepstakes
• • Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these rules
• • All decisions by Sponsor are final and binding
• • Void where prohibited by law

11. Governing Law

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Sponsor is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.

For a list of winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: NotGPT Sweepstakes Winners, or email sweeps@notgpt.netwithin 30 days after the end of the entry period.
